Everyday Light

If you feel down or low lately. I will share with you the things I do to maintain  healthy living with myself. First off you really have to put love behind everything you do . All your intentions are for the greater good. By that means you really have to care. I work in customer service so trust me I know the worst of it. I left everyday knowing I did the best I could not letting a single person ruin my day because people have their own messed up issues and they need someone to get angry out at. Which is okay as long as you know you did the best you could.  As long as you keep a positive upbeat mindset.  Alot of this also includes how much confidence you have. It took me 17 years to really find confidence. I found it when I completely dropped off the map. I got rid of the toxic people in my life. Including being outside helped a bunch. Nature surely does wonders for therapy. I started to read this amazing book called Rising Strong by Brene Brown. It showed how I was blaming the world and others. I wasn’t owning up to my truth. You have to accept everything that happens to you. Because It happened for the reason for you to grow and learn. The cycle will continue until you get the true message and all of it meaning. Look at your fears and the things you think are flaws. Turn them into something that can be positive. People think that if they fix the outside stuff in there life such as the way you look or what car you have is going to change the way you feel on the inside. Which is the total opposite. The outside stuff is easy to fix and that’s why most people go to that first and only.  You really have to get in touch with yourself. Examine everything you do and see the results of how it made you feel. In all honestly life… life is just one big fucking experiment. You’re finding out YOU. And how do you get the best results from an experiment?  You document everything and try new things to make it work. I sort of spun off the topic a bit but the main key is to put love behind everything you do or say.
